Brooke & Ian's Run for the Families
Join us to celebrate the First Birthdays of our two amazing little babies...Ian Diedrich & Brooke DeMar. In honor of their 1st Birthdays, we are throwing a fundraising Fun Run/Walk & BBQ. In lieu of gifts, we are asking that you purchase a ticket for the fun run and BBQ. We will donate all net proceeds to the NODCC. Click on the link to learn more about this organization. Our hope is that this day will become an annual event to celebrate Brooke & Ian's accomplishments and highlight the important role that family and friends play in their lives and development every day. Remember - this is a FUN Run. We will celebrate and award the winners, but this is not going to be a timed event. A little competition is always healthy, but we will have no photo finishes or Boston Marathon Qualifiers coming out of this one!!
The Mission of our Event
To raise money for an organization that helps to bridge the gap between diagnosis and understanding for families of children with disorders of the corpus callosum
To raise awareness and increase understanding of what it means to be a special needs child and what it means to raise one
To bring our families. closest friends, and future friends together in honor of our amazing children
